Easy Chicken Bake

Prep: 10min. Bake: 30 min or more

1 pkg Stovetop Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces, uncooked
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup Sour Cream
1 bag (16oz) frozen mixed vegetable, thawed, drained. ( I like California Style Vegatable)

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package; set aside
  2. Put uncooked chicken and frozen vegetable in the 13x9 inch baking baking pan
  3. Mix cream of chicken cream and sour cream then put in it
  4. Top with prepared stuffing
  5. Bake 30 min or until chicken is cooked through

Sounds good - I like that you can put everything in frozen.
