My Belated Birthday

That was not bad to have a good time for my birthday. Sept 9th about ten friends and I went to eat out at Ruby Tuesday. It lasted for three hours that we had chatted and eaten. Sept 11th was interesting when my parents and I went to eat out at Indian Oven. We had fun that We hadn't tasted before. We had chicken, tomato sauce, rice, and flat bread. It tasted almost like Curry Rice.

Zucchini-Carrot Bread

3 C flour
2 C sugar
1 T ground cinnamon
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1/4 t baking powder
3 eggs
1 C vegetable oil
1 t vanilla
1 C shredded zucchini
1 C shredded carrot
1 C chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 325F degree. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking salt and baking powder. In small bowl, whisk eggs, oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in zucchini, carrot and nuts. Pour batter into two well-greased 9x5-inch loaf pans. Bake one hour to one hour fifteen min. or until golden brown. 2 loaves. (I used half measures for one loaf.)

cooked diced chicken
one or two can of chicken cream soup
about half broth chicken
about half sour cream

frozen peas and sliced or diced carrot

Serve with rice

Other way to make Stack Hawaii execpt pea/carrot. After cook done then add pineapple, tomato, olive, chinese noodle, anything you want to add

F is for freeze. When I tempted to have some ice cream in the wintertime, I tried to control shivering. It was so cold.
G is for genealogy. Sometimes I like to see all the families from the past.
H is for home. My home is in Utah.
I is for ice cream. I can eat it every summer.
J is for job. I work as eletronic assembler.
K is for koala. That is my favorite animal.
M is for movie. A group and I saw "Caspain". We liked it alot, but we had to watch again because the sound was out.
N is for news. I like to know what is going on in the world.
O is for options. I have a good decision what is the best for me.
P is for peach. That is my favorite color.
Q is for quiet.
R is for reading. I like to read any books.
S is for single. Yep, I am still, but how I can change when?
T is for tv. I have watched "Eli Stone". I like to watch repeat show this summer.
U is for Utah where is west that has some lakes, mountain, canyon, and snow.
V is for vehicle. I brought a car, Hyundai, Elantra last year. That is much better.
W is for water. I need to remember to spray it the flower.
X is for x-ray. I had injured my shoulder but no broken, good news.
Y is for yogurt. I made it with the smoothie.
Z is for zoo. I went to Denver Zoo in about four or five years ago.

I have a few friends who are blogging, and I thought I could do something. Some pictures and videos are so cool that I have seen. Most kids are better than any adult because the kids are sweet. Stories, suggestions, comments, etc. are something neat to read about life.
